Collection of Work

Warm Contemporary

This new construction home is warm and inviting. The mix of contemporary and rustic elements keeps it interesting. It features stunning views to the outdoors through floor to ceiling windows and rear terrace. A home built for family life and entertaining.

Eclectic Traditional

This new construction home is fun and full of eclectic pieces, a mix of old and new.

Contemporary Interior Remodeling Project / Addition

This traditional colonial home needed a nice update. KTD designed a rear addition to allow for a first floor primary suite and large family room. The entire floor plan was re-worked and redesigned for open concept contemporary living. The home features Cabico Cabinetry in a textured faux wood for long lasting durability and clean aesthetic. We even found a great corner for a walk in style pantry to house small appliances and other pantry items.

Transitional Interior Remodeling Project

This traditional dated home needed a bright update. The general layout was great, lots of square footage and overall spaces flowed nicely. The finishes were stuck in the 90’s. We completed remodeled the circular stair in the foyer with new white oak railing and metal spindles to complement the new wide plank European white oak flooring. Custom Cabico cabinetry throughout in a pure white lacquer finish. The bathrooms and lower-level bar and puzzle room include black walnut, stained cabinetry for a warm rich entertaining look. The homeowner’s desire for an elevated space was achieved.

Modern Eclectic Interior Remodel

This home started with a fairly good footprint but was a little closed off for entertaining. We re-designed and moved walls in the kitchen and primary suite to give a nice large open concept floor plan. We selected all new finishes throughout to give the space a bright modern aesthetic which became a great backdrop to the Homeowner’s collection of designer and antique furniture, accessories and artwork.
